The personal information we collect from you might include your name, address, email address, and telephone number. 

If you make a purchase on line or over the phone, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our 3rd party payment processors ‘Paypal’ who specialise in the secure on line capture and processing of credit / debit card transactions.

How is your information used?

  • Process an order that you have made and post a card and gift voucher to your chosen delivery address.
  • Store your information regarding your order for 12 months voucher validity.
  • Process an enquiry you have made to us and reply by email or telephone call.
  • Capture you name and contact telephone number when booked in the diary for an experience day.

  • Send you communications that may be of interest to you if you have registered for our newsletter. This may be an email about forthcoming events or special offers or the services we provide.

  • To register you for a 3rd party certificated technical award if you have undertaken a course and assessment of which you give consent and details are held for 3 years.

CCTV, digital recording and photography.

CCTV is used around the Vale Royal Falconry Centre grounds in order to prevent crime, in the interests of health and safety and to help us unsure the highest standards of care for our visitors.

You are welcome to take photographs of your experiences with our birds and animals, however we kindly ask that visitors make every effort not to adversely affect another visitor’s enjoyment of an activity (for example obscuring someone else’s view in order to capture an image) and be careful not to capture other visitors in your pictures without their permission.

Any photographs or digital images made during a visit to Vale Royal Falconry Centre may only be used for personal use, and not for sale and profit without our permission. The use of video recordings, aerial drones, radio controlled helicopters and UAV devices are strictly prohibited.
