Please call to book your visit or arrange your falconry experience. Our diary is managed in person so availability can be discussed over the phone.

Our office / open hours for experience bookings on and off site are: March – October 10.30am – 5.30pm, and  November – February 10.30am – 2.30pm

Please note that all experiences such as Falconry, Archery and Meerkats are only delivered during the Spring, Summer and Autumn months and not available during Winter months due to weather conditions and any bird flu restrictions that may be in place. (1st April – 30th September for 2026 is recommended as the best time to undertake your experience!)

(Our office will be closed 25th December – 2nd January for the Christmas period – but any online orders will be processed and posted out)

Gift experience vouchers can be purchased on-line or over the phone and a suitable date arranged over the phone at the time of booking or within the validity of the falconry or meerkat gift voucher ticket supplied. Please see our terms and conditions page for more details.
