Hi everyone, in light of the COVID-19 situation and social distancing required, Phil & I would like to inform our customers that we are following government guidelines and will be closing for experience days temporarily. We will keep you posted on changes as they happen.
For those of you with experience day vouchers, we will of course be happy to extend these from a valid date of 1st March 2020, for an extra 6 months, and look forward to booking you in for your activity in due course, or re booking if you already have a date in the diary, so please be reassured that you can still use them in the future.
All new experience vouchers that are purchased from today 24th March 2020 during the period of lock down, will have 18 months validity to give you plenty of time to use them in the future. Perhaps you or someone you know would like a gift experience day to have something to look forward to – especially those in 12 weeks isolation!
